Together with farm workers and their families, FWPP works to reduce and eliminate their exposures to pesticides. To that end, FWPP will:
- provide resources and information to farm workers and their advocates about pesticides;
- unite diverse groups and individuals behind a joint strategy to address the far worker pesticide problem; and
- participate in that strategy as an advocate, organizer, educator, and researcher.
The organization will leverage resources, including but not limited to financial, scientific, legal, educational and other resources, to help the farm worker community on pesticide issues and on other matters of social justice.

El Proyecto de Campesinos y Pesticidas trabaja junto con los campesinos y sus familias para reducir y eliminar sus exposiciones por pesticidas. Para eso, PCP:
- proveerá recursos y información a los campesinos y sus defensores sobre pesticidas;
- unirá grupos y individuos diversos baja una estrategia para resolver el problema de pesticidas para campesinos y sus familias, y
- participará bajo esa estrategia como una defensora, organizadora, maestra e investigadora.
La organización apalancará recursos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a recursos fiscales, científicos, legales, educacionales, y otros recursos, para ayudar la comunidad campesina sobre asuntos de pesticidas y otros asuntos de la justicia social.
